Talent Advancement

Now you are the Body of Christ and each one of you is a part of it.

                1 Corinthians 12:27

As a director, you are responsible for caring for the men and women that God has called to serve with FCA. The following resources are designed to help you successfully recruit, hire, train, and develop each person that God has entrusted to you. My role as your regional TAC is to help you lead with love as we use these resources to build our FCA family so that the mission to every coach and athlete can be accomplished. Please don't hesitate to call or email so that we can pray and work together to see this work fulfilled.

  • Vision Based Staffing Plans

Leading every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church starts with a vision for staffing your area!

Let's get started creating your plan today!

  • Build your list and Pray!

Build your Top 10 List and Pray!

Ask your board and church partners to build their list of potential FCA candidates as well.

  • Development Funds

The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.

The Biblical first step is to pray. The practical next step is to prepare.

One of the most effective ways to do that is to raise funds that will help provide a financial on-ramp for the staff that God is calling to serve under you. Contact ssmithson@fca.org to discuss.

  • Marketing

God might be calling someone that you interact with or someone that interacts with your social media accounts or website to a career with FCA.

Will they know how to answer?
